I haven’t received my welcome email yet, what should I do?

Sometimes the emails sent from our server can take some time. You should receive it within a few minutes, however on a very busy day it could take up to an hour to arrive in your inbox. Please make sure you add to your address book so the emails do not end up in your spam.

If it has been more than an hour, then please send an email to from the email address you registered with and we will manually send it to you.

I have received my first email but haven’t received any more?

You should receive an email from us quite often during the first week, as this is when it is the toughest to keep to a new fitness regime. If you haven’t received an email from us 48 hours after your first email, please email

I have a specific dietary requirement; can I substitute some of the foods in the eating plan?

I don’t have a credit card can I still purchase the 8 week program?

Yes, online we accept cheque cards, credit cards, and there is also a direct eft option. Just follow the prompts. Should you wish to do a direct deposit, please email or call

Do I need a gym membership to complete this program?

You do not need a gym membership however the program is designed to incorporate some equipment.  If you own some basic equipment (see below for advantageous equipment) then you can begin. If not, don’t worry, there are other options such as making your own. Click here to see some really good ideas on how to make your own equipment. Very easy and cheap.

The program says 20 minutes of cardio, what kind of cardio can I do?

We incorporate cardio into the routines almost every day. You can choose. If you are at a gym then treadmill, stationary bike or rowing machine. If you are at home you can go for a jog, run on the spot or use a home treadmill. The cardio is very important in order to advance in this program, please do not skip this. Can I do this if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Intense exercise at this level is not recommended for heavily pregnant women. Neither is the eating plan as it is calorie restricted. Breastfeeding women should consume extra calories, please consult your healthcare professional before embarking on this program.

Please clear your cache and try using another browser. If you are using a PC and If your browser is out of date the video may not play.

How old must I be to partake in the 8-week transformation?

You need to be 18 or older. If you are younger than 18 you will need to get your parents’ permission. This program is not suitable for young children or young teenagers due to a calorie restricted diet and weight bearing exercises that may negatively affect growing bones.
